BELOW IS THE DAILY SCHEDULE OF LIVE FOREX TRADING ROOM SESSIONS
(traders are based in the UK / EUROPE, USA, AUSTRALIA / ASIA so sessions are traded in all time zones)

European (mid session)
Unites States (open) & European / UK (close)

These fx traders will take limited questions whilst trading due to concentrating on finding live trades but offer a live commentary along with relevant trade questions & strategy / software education whilst the trades play out.
 
A great number of the live forex trades are taken using a scalping method from the 5 minute chart time frame.
Some are taken on the 1 min and some are taken on higher time frames such as 30min / 4hr & Daily.
The problem is that when people are learning they learn faster when the market is moving & they can see trades play out within teh session attended which usually happens on an intra-day basis on lower time frame setups.

If the markets are quiet, scalping may be quiet, these chart time frames can & do produce large moves in the currency / forex markets. Nobody can guarantee market liquidity or volatility (both vital to a forex trader) whilst the live sessions are being streamed. Market conditions are judged daily & sometimes no trades will be taken during a live trading session.
 
In the case of low liquidity & low volatility / lack of market participation, traders time & money are easily wasted.

 
Sometimes it pays NOT to trade!


You do not need a big forex account balance, you may not even have a forex account yet or may be trading a demo account, none of this matters.
